CALL FOR SUBMISSION OF WORK 

The Scientific Committee of the 2nd International Congress of Cancer Control calls for the delivery of scientific papers in the following areas: 

1. "Similarities and Differences between the control of chronic diseases and cancer 
2. "Strategies for cancer prevention" - progress to date and challenges for implementation 
3. "New approaches and technologies" new efforts to align the business and cultural reality 
4. 'Cancer Control and Performance "use of evidence in public health systems and private 
5. "The added value of the proposal" to invest in cancer control aimed at the population 
6. "Mobilizing a global community committed to the practice" by promoting the construction and revitalization of existing activities 

Research work submitted should be original, innovative and could not have been submitted earlier. Submissions will be in oral or poster. Each oral presentation will have 15 minutes. The evaluation committee of the Abstracts of Papers, reserves the right to accept or reject any work without informing the selection criteria and have the final decision of the presentation. As well, this committee reserves the right, when deemed appropriate, redirect jobs sent to a different session which was originally sent. 

The deadline for submitting entries is Monday, July 2, 2007. 

Authors of the works will be informed of the decision of the Evaluation Committee of abstracts until July 31, 2007. Notices of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author.Subsequent information, such as details on the format, timing of oral and poster presentations will be sent directly to author (s) in question (s).

Abstracts should follow the instructions below: 
Non · The abstracts should exceed 300 words; 
· Tables can be included - each table will count as 75 words; 
· Graphics and photos are allowed - as they told each 75 words; 
· The abstracts will be accepted only in English; 
· The abstracts should be prepared only in Word or a text editor. 
· 
The authors of the work approved shall effect a registration with the Secretary of the Congress until Thursday, August 31, 2007 and use the value of the reduced rate. Check the event website on the Internet www.cancercontrol2007.com for orientation and more details on how to submit work.
